FUNDERY took part in the tenth annual "Russian Business Week", held at the London School of Economics LSE in February 2018. The aim of RBW is to maintain a dialogue between Russian and British successful businessmen, politicians, media representatives not only in the form of speeches, but also open interviews and discussions.
This year the jubilee RBW was devoted the digital economy. CEO&Founder of FUNDERY Eduard Lanchev was invited as a speaker and gave a presentation on Russia's opportunities in the digital world. It had active feedback from listeners and caused a number of discussions outside the framework of the presentation.
The RBW program allowed representatives of FUNDERY to conduct daily negotiations with businessmen, the political and scientific Russian-British community, including representatives of the Russian Embassy in Great Britain, All-Russian Non-Governmental Organization of Small and Medium Business "OPORA RUSSIA", corporate financial and consulting business represented by Avouch Capital LLP.
The FUNDERY's delegation took part one of the most important FinTech meetups in London - briefing "FinTech for Breakfast" dedicated to the latest market events and the regulation of the FinTech industry. The briefing is organized monthly by the Center for the Study of Financial Innovations (CSFI), and FUNDERY established contacts with its permanent members: Governing Council of CSFI, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the Consulting Company PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, Dentons UKMEA LLP, Financial Times Alphaville.
Eduard Lanchev have made a conclusion of RBW and said:
"The most objective assessment of the world FinTech was given by the Director of Consult Hyperion David Birch. He said that it is time for global FinTech experiments. We have realized that we should not be afraid of doing experiments. FUNDERY will continue to do this on the international platform as transparently and reasonably as possible."
